Sambar Powder

Asafoetida or hing a pinch

Chana dal (Bengalgram) tbsp 2

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Chili powder ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Fenugreek ¼ tsp

Roast all the ingredients separately for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame and grind it to fine powder..keep it in an air tight container...add according to your taste
