Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken

chicken pieces 500 grms
Tomatoes 150 grms
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Lime juice 1tsp
Butter ¼ cup
Sugar ¼ tsp
fresh cream 1 tbsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp

* 10 Grams Cinamon
* 5 Grams Cardamom
* 50 Grams Geera
* 50 Grams coriander
* 20 Grams Pepper
* 2 pieces Nutmeg
1. Combine all spices and roast in a dry frying pan until give off their fragrance. Grind spices. Store in air tight container.)

Chili Powder 1 tsp

Marinate the chicken with ground massala ,garam masala,lime juice and salt and keep aside for one hour.

In a flat frying pan put ¼ cup butter fry the slices tomatoes for few minute then add the marinated chicken and sugar cover and cook till tender add the fresh cream and serve hot.( If you like coriander (cilantro) garnish with fresh leaves).
