BANANA IN COCONUT SAUCE




Ingredients
Banana 2
Coconut milk 1 1/2cups
Rice flour1tbs
Sugar2tbs
Cardamon powder1/2 tsp
Minced cashew 1tbs
Ghee 1tsp

Method

1. In a heavy pan, heat the 1cup coconut milk, add sliced bananas, cook till soft.

2. Add the sugar, mix well.

3. Add the remaining half cup coconut milk to which the rice flour and cardamom poweder is mixed.

4. Top with the cashews fried in ghee.
