Almond Jelly
Almond Jelly
Unflavored gelatin 2tbsp
Water 1cup plus 2tbsp
Milk 1cup
Sugar 1/2cup
Almond extract
Sugar 1cup
Water 4cups
passion-fruit seeds 2 tbsp
Cherries 6
Method
1*Sprinkle 2tbsp water on gelatin to soften
2*Bring 1cup of water to boil. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved
3*Stir in milk , sugar and almond extract
4*Pour mixture into a flat pan. Cool in fridge
5*Bring sugar and water to boil to make syrup. When cool, chill
6*Cut almond jelly to diamond shapes and pour syrup over it. Garnish with passion-fruit seeds and cherries
